Returns & Exchange Policy

If an item is purchased during a giveaway period, refunds are not permitted if the item is returned once the giveaway has ended.  We can only do exchanges at that point and the returns will not qualify for the next or future giveaways.

If you do return an item for a refund that was purchased during a giveaway you forfeit entries that were associated with that purchase. (This does not apply if you return for store credit or exchange).

All returned items must be in original condition, unused & unworn, and brand new, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items cannot be accepted if returned dirty, containing pet hair or scents. It must be in re-sellable condition.

A refund will be issued to original form of payment within about 10 business days of us receiving the original item back.

An exchanged item will ship out within 2-4 business days of us having received the original item back given that we have stock of requested item.

There are no returns or exchanges on any final sale items.
